The hospital as well as clinics are in marginal condition and in need of roof and structural repairs.  Neglected repairs to buildings have developed into larger problems including leaky roofs that destroy rafters, erosion that gradually destroys a foundation, or a settling foundation that causes walls to crack. Even simple things like window screens are beyond the budget when the hospital is consistently short $10,000 in funds every year for medicine, vaccines, and various supplies.

We need to help the hospitals get back on their feet so that they can get back to the business of caring for people.
